Here's What You Can Expect

Step 1

Let's Chat!
Send us some initial info, and we'll set up your free discovery call. During this time, we’ll get to know each other and discuss your social media goals!

Step 2

Onboarding
After your discovery call, we’ll send over a proposal so you can select which package works best for you. You’ll sign your contract, pay your invoice, and complete our in-depth intake form to help us determine your target audience, brand positioning, specific messaging, competitors, and any other important information we need.

Our team uses Slack and Google Drive for all our client communication, so we’ll send over step-by-step instructions on how to use it all!

Step 3

Kickoff & Strategy
We’ll schedule a kickoff meeting with our team and yours. We’ll use this time to learn about your goals, wishes, and concerns. We’ll also talk about your brand voice, who your ideal client is, and what you’re looking to gain through social media. Our team will use this information to map out content strategy, re-write your bios, research industry, and local hashtags, research your community, and prepare graphic templates for your review.

Guess what? You’ve reached the best part! All you have to do now is sit by and watch as our team takes over. From content creation to research and engagement, we’ll plan a winning social media strategy and take your pages to the next level.
